She was a teacher at a Brazilian language school

where she taught local Brazilians Mandarin Chinese.

Carol is an art lover and spends her time drawing,

painting, and creating arts and crafts.

Currently, Carol devotes her time creating fun

and educational curriculum and lesson plans

for students to enjoy learning Mandarin.
